Pricing Information
All prices quoted on this website include V.A.T. at 20%, unless shown otherwise. A Vat invoice will be provided with all purchases.
Order Confirmation and Order Validation
We will confirm your online order either by e-mail or by telephone.
Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Delta and Maestro cards. We are however unable to process orders placed using American Express cards.
Payment can be made "Online" using our "Secure Payment" service or over the telephone if preferred.

All prices are based on FULL payment at time of order and cannot be charged to a customers 30 day credit account.

Goods can only be shipped once funds are cleared.
Delivery of Goods
We will endeavor to deliver your order to you within the shortest possible time of receiving cleared funds, providing the goods are in stock. (Unless a longer delivery period is clearly stated on the specific product page Via Current Stock level). If we are not able to meet this deadline, we will contact you within 3 days of receipt of your order to arrange an alternative delivery date. However, if this is not acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation or a refund.
Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, The Highlands and the Islands of Scotland,can take longer than 3-5 days to deliver - Please ask if express delivery is required.
All Postage prices quoted on this website are for delivery addresses within the UK/Europe. AGM will be happy to ship goods to Non UK/European destinations and can provide shipping prices upon request.

Returns/Refund policy
Cancellations/returns
Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within the first 7 days following delivery (Excluding special order items/ Pre Order Items).
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the goods only, and not carriage or postage charges (Except in cases where the goods were wrongly supplied or have been received in either a damaged, or faulty condition).
Goods returned outside of the 7 day cancellation period will either be exchanged for other goods or a credit note issued (Subject to a handling/restocking charge). (Conditions apply - see "Exchanges").
Special Order Items/ Pre Order Items
Goods that are ordered from manufacturers at the specific request of the customer are strictly non-returnable. We will not be able to accept special order/Pre Order goods back for credit or exchange.
Correct Parts Supplied
If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered then we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of 20% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for all carriage/postage charges.
Incomplete/Damaged or Incorrect Goods
In cases where the goods are delivered incomplete, have been damaged in transit or have been incorrectly supplied we reserve the right to replace the product. If however you require a refund, we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of 20% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges.
You must inform us of damaged deliveries within 24hrs or receiving the delivery so that we can report the damage to the Courier within the required time.
Faulty Items
Before exchanging goods we reserve the right to test items thought to be at fault. Payment will be required for any replacement parts sent out before return of 'faulty' goods. If items are returned and found not to be at fault they will be returned to the customer or a credit note issued to the value of the goods less a 20% administration charge.
Exchanges
If you wish to return a product for exchange then we reserve the right to deduct our initial postage fee and a 20% re-stocking charge. Goods returned outside of the 7 day cancellation period will either be exchanged for other goods or a credit note issued. Parts that have been fitted or are not in a resalable condition will not be accepted back for credit or exchange.
Goods outside of the 7 days cancellation period: For all goods returned outside of this period, subject to the parts being returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition, we will issue a credit note to the value of the goods less a 20% re-stocking fee.
If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:
(1) Contact us to request a Returns Authorisation Number. Returns with out an Authorisation Number will be rejected
(2) Send the goods to the following address:- Returns Dept, AGM Complete Parts & Component Solutions Ltd, Units 6 and 7 Reedspire, Off Pride Parkway, Sleaford Enterprise Park, Sleaford, Lincolnshire, NG34 8GL.
Please note that we can only refund or exchange if goods are returned in the original packaging in "as new" condition.
(3) Enclose a copy of the invoice as proof of purchase and write on the invoice your Returns Authorisation Number.
(4) Make sure that when you post the item that it is trackable and is adequately insured - This is your responsibility.
30 Day Monthly 'Trade Account Holders'
Customers who have '30 Day Trade Accounts' with AGM are welcome to purchase goods from this website, however we cannot charge these goods to their 30 day account at the prices displayed. The prices displayed are strictly 'Full Payment At The Time Of Order'. Full payment is required during this websites 'checkout process'.
In many cases it is not possible to offer 'Trade Account Holders' extended credit terms on our website prices. However 'Trade Account Holders' are welcome to pay at the time of order, or on a 'Cash On Delivery' basis, in order to take advantage of our website prices.
'Trade Account Holders' may also be required to pay our standard website delivery charges if they fall outside of our van delivery areas.
Gasses and Liquids
Some products on this website are NOT available for export overseas. These products are mainly liquids housed in pressurized canisters and liquids in general, in most cases we cannot send these products by airmail. Please read the full item description before ordering as these products carry an export warning.

Although we endeavor to provide you with the latest product information and to ensure that product images are identical to the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. Product colours and styles may differ slightly from the published images due to manufacturer enhancements.

AGM does not sell products for purchase by children. It is assumed that adults using their own debit/credit card make all on-line purchases.
